Terms of service
Get On Board LLC agrees to create a bar, board, cups or grazing table for you (the client) on the date reflected on the invoice. This includes but not limited too:

A variety of nuts, gourmet cured prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, artisan cheeses such as; Brie, Gouda, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Brie, Manchego and more. Fruit carvings, colorful and fresh veggies and fruits, organic chocolate,  jams and dips, candied citrus, herbs, fresh baked bread, crackers, apricots, and more. Edible flowers and other upgrades can be made as well. Produce depends on season and availability in local stores.

The amount of food is intended to feed your guests as an appetizer. Get On Board LLC styles each table or board so every guest can try something new. Every board, cup or grazing table is unique in its own way. Caterer is not responsible for left over food or not enough food; This means; (a) guest(s) who eat more than other guest, (resulting in less food.) [OR] (a) guest(s) who decided to not eat at all, (resulting in leftover food.) 

Client is paying for the art of the board/cup/table, along with the fresh ingredients presented. We measure the amount of food based off of each guest. Every board and/or grazing table includes an abundance of food. There is something for everyone. 

We do not recommend your guests “grazing” indoors after 4 hours; and outdoors after 2-3 hours. [Depending on the weather.] Client confirms that caterer; ( Get On Board LLC ) is not responsible for any of your guests who decide to do so. 

For grazing tables only. Caterer will set up on a table or countertop, unless otherwise specified. Get On Board LLC will not be responsible for providing this table or a table cloth. The Caterer is also not responsible for providing plates, napkins or floral arrangements, unless specified prior to arrival by including these additional services to the client’s invoice. A table or designated surface must be cleaned and completely cleared off before the caterer's arrival. Get On Board is not responsible for assembling the designated table or surface at arrival. You (the client) must communicate if guests are present with any allergies or dietary restrictions. If this is not communicated to the Caterer, the table will be set up as is. You (the client) has agreed to return the props and/or rentals to Get On Boardbat the conclusion of the event. A security deposit will be returned, as long as no damages are found on the rental items. If there is damage found, the security deposit will not be returned.

For grazing tables and travel only. You (the client) have provided Get On Board LLC an address. A delivery or travel fee has been communicated to you (the client) and processed prior to arrival. We will need one reserved parking spot, close to the entrance.  Get On Board LLC is not responsible for setting up any utensils, decor or serving once the table has been designed. We may make suggestions via text, time permitting. 

For Artisanal Cold Bar Services. Get On Board will provide a 2 hour catering service unless otherwise agreed. Delivery and on site set up in also provided. We will need a 30 minute setup time prior to agreed event start time and a 30 minute cleanup after. Reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 20% at the time of booking to secure date and cold bar rental. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is recieved. 

Cancellations or Revisions. Payment amount constitutes a reservation fee to secure the event date (“Reservation Fee”). The Reservation Fee is non-​refundable.  If the Event is canceled fourteen (14) days or less for any reason prior to the Event date, the full amount of the Event will not be refunded, as food and supplies have been purchased ahead of time. If the Event is canceled more than fourteen (14) days, the amount paid as a deposit will remain non-refundable. If the event is booked within 14 days of the event, this payment will remain non-refundable. If the client revised the amount of people being served at the Event from what was originally quoted on the invoice 14 days or less for any reason, the remaining difference will not be refunded. At this point in time, food and supplies have been purchased to accommodate a specific amount of guests for the client. If you (the client) are unable to attend a virtual or in person workshop, you may use your ticket towards a future workshop. No refund will be issued for any workshops for any reason.

Resale. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the Site for your own use only, and not for resale. You further agree not to resell any tickets purchased through this site.

Payments. Get On Board LLC require payment prior to your order being prepped. We accept business checks, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. 

All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for delivery and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

Terms of payment are at our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment institution, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
